The platform allows the headquarters to schedule and distribute musical content aligned with customer preferences , maintaining remote and centralized control over the entire device network. By integrating with the rich catalogs provided by partners like Soundreef and Watermelon, the system relieves the company from complex royalty management, guaranteeing drastic cost savings on traditional copyright fees, and offering a fully Plug & Play hardware deployment.
The Challenge: A prominent international jewelry retailer needed to revamp its in-store experience. Specifically, they managed a massive network of over 300 points of sale. These stores were located in Italy and France. Furthermore, the project complexity was very high. The stores were divided into two distinct brands. Therefore, each brand required a unique audio identity. Historically, the client faced high operational expenses for traditional copyright management. Additionally, they lacked a centralized tool.
