Today, with a major evolution of the platform, we have made Voome even more intuitive, modern, and functional. Discovering all the new features will be a gradual and engaging journey—here’s a first glimpse of what’s in store for you!

A brand-new interface

We have completely revamped the platform layout, making it more modern and clear. The new Packs & Apps menu allows you to explore all Voome’s special applications and packages more easily, helping you make the most of the platform’s features. With improved navigation and a smoother interface, it’s now even simpler to find and use the tools you need.

A new welcome dashboard full of insights

After logging in, you will be greeted by a new dashboard that provides a clear and immediate overview of your network:

  • Devices status: detailed information about device status, active licenses, and recent snapshots.

  • Content status: real-time updates on content scheduling for each monitor.

  • Marketing news: tips on how to make the most of the platform across different business areas, including Marketing, HR, Production, Logistics, and IT.

  • Recent items: quick access to your latest created content.

  • Network: an intuitive infographic displaying the distribution and organization of devices.

This new dashboard not only simplifies operational management but also enables more informed strategic decision-making thanks to an always up-to-date overview.

Smart search with Magic Search

Now you can search for content not only within the platform but also across various external repositories, enriching your projects with always relevant and updated materials. This advanced feature saves time and provides access to a much broader content database.

 

New media management

The Media page has been completely optimized: uploading is now faster, and you can assign multiple tags to your files, making organization and retrieval easier. This allows for more efficient management of large content archives, improving workflow on the platform.

 

Revamped Schedule page

We’ve improved filters and introduced smart links that let you quickly access a specific selection of devices, optimizing content scheduling. Now, broadcast planning is more precise and immediate.

 

Centralized management with the new Network page

We have consolidated network management into a single page, allowing you to have everything under control at a glance. Thanks to this optimization, managing your digital infrastructure is now simpler and more efficient, reducing the time needed for administration.

 

Better device management

The new Devices page features a refreshed interface with advanced filters and direct access to scheduled content for each device, ensuring even simpler and faster control. This means more detailed management and greater responsiveness in adapting content to each screen’s specific needs.

Microsoft 365 integration: the new Excel layer

With this new integration, you can display Excel files directly on screen, just like PDFs, DOCs, or PPTs, expanding your company’s communication capabilities. This is especially useful for teams working with real-time updates and dynamic documents in their corporate communication strategies.

 

Optimized project preview

Before scheduling content on your displays, you can preview your project in the CMS editor, ensuring full control over the final result. This feature allows you to check the quality and design of your content before publication.
