The Challenge: Automating PowerPoint Updates

Our clients required a solution to automatically update PowerPoint presentations displayed on various screens throughout their facilities, from offices to factory floors. The challenge was to make this process as intuitive and streamlined as possible, so users could manage everything with minimal effort.

The Solution: A New Layer for Automatic Updates

To meet this demand, we developed a new layer within our platform that enables automatic updates of PowerPoint presentations stored on Microsoft Drive. Here’s how it works in just a few steps:

1. **Upload the PowerPoint presentation** to your company’s Microsoft Drive.
2. **Create a new project** in the Voome editor.
3. **Add the “PowerPoint” layer** to the project.
4. **Select the PowerPoint file** from the dropdown menu in the Voome editor.
5. **Update the PowerPoint on Microsoft Drive**: The display on all connected devices will automatically refresh with the updated content.
